Description
This modernised, 5star-rated coaching inn provides restful rooms with a rustic elegance, and simple, tasty local food.
Parts of the building date back to 1135, and the inn’s crooked floors and modest decor stylishly echo its origin. The Olde Bell is one hour from Central London, and 20 minutes from Heathrow via good transport links.
In warmer months, enjoy local ales and food from the ‘summer kitchen’ in the huge meadow garden. In winter, open fires create an inviting cosiness. Wi-Fi internet is available throughout.

Travel information
From the M4: From London join the M4 motorway and head west towards Heathrow Airport. Pass Heathrow and follow the M4 until Junction 8/9. Come off at this junction and follow the signs for Henley. Leave the road at the turn off for Henley and at the next roundabout (Burchetts Green) take the A4130 towards Hurley and Henley. *Follow this road, passing the Red Lion on the left and the Temple Golf Club on your right. Continue down the hill and at the bottom there is a right turning into Hurley Village; take this turning. The hotel accommodation is approximately 800 yards down towards the village on the right, with the car park immediately opposite. The journey from Heathrow takes approximately 30 minutes. From the M40: From London join the M40 heading towards Oxford. Exit at junction 4 and proceed onto the A404 going in the direction of Maidenhead / Henley. At the first roundabout continue on the A404 towards Henley / Hurley. This dual carriageway now links with the M4 so look for the new slip road signposted Hurley / Henley (A4130). At the roundabout (Burchetts Green) turn right onto the A4130 and follow directions as above*. The journey from the M40 takes approximately 10 / 15 minutes.
