Description
This historical old school offers relaxed surroundings with many of the services of a large hotel accommodation. Originally built in 1875 and converted after 1992, the old school now provides exceptional levels of comfort and quality accommodation.
Many of the building's historic features have been retained, including the 130-year-old exposed beams, heavy school doors and the original bell tower.
All rooms are large and benefit from central heating, king-size beds and designer Egyptian cotton bed linen. The walls are wonderfully decorated with original art works. Services such as internet access and parking are provided free of charge.
The Old School House is on Dartmoor National Park and only a few minutes’ drive from the ancient stannery town of Tavistock, the naval city of Plymouth, Yelverton and Derriford.
