By Road:
- From Inverness, take the A9 north to the Tore roundabout. Exit on the A835 towards Ullapool.
- Just past the village of Garve, turn left on to the A832 to Achnasheen and continue on the A832.
- Go through the mountains and glens for the next 45 miles, all the way to Gairloch.
From the Airport:
The number 11 bus operates during the day, and goes to the centre of Inverness.
By Rail:
You can take a train from Inverness to Achnasheen (on way to Kyle of Lochalsh) and take a local bus connection to Gairloch.
