Area information
St. Botolph''s Chruch, aka ''The Stump'' (500 meters) - one of the largest parish churches in England, with the highest tower, which has earned a peculiar nick-name. Completed in the early 16th century, the origins of the name have never been conclusively determined.

Travel information
By Car:
From the A52 (the south)
- Keep on the A52 that becomes a dual carriageway called John Adams Way.
- Continue over 4 sets of traffic lights until you see a large roundabout with a public car park on the left. Wide Bargate is a turn on your left before the roundabout.
By Train:
From Boston Station (1.4 km / 0.8 miles):
- Taxis are available from outside the station.
- Alternatively, if proceeding on foot, exit the station and head down station approach until you reach Sleaford Road (A52).
- Turn left and continue, but do not follow the road round to the right. Instead, branch left onto West Street.
- Towards the end of the road, take a left into Bridge Street.
- Turn left again and head over the Town Bridge into an open area with a roundabout.
- Head in a relatively straight line across the roundabout and continue (If you pass Petticoat Lane on your right, you are heading in the right direction).
- You will eventually reach Silver Street. Head right and cross the road into Wide Bargate, where the hotel accommodation is situated on the right.
