Situated on the A6 heading into Chorley, and close to junction 8 of the M61 it is ideal for both the ‘Matrix’ business park on Buckshaw village and Chorley north business park. We are also only a short walk from Chorley hospital.
Chorley is close to a number of motorway networks with links to Preston, Bolton, Blackpool and the Trafford Centre Shopping mall.
Chorley’s main market day is Tuesday, with a wide variety on offer.

Travel information by car:
- Take the M61.
- Exit at junction 8, signposted Chorley.
- At the slip road, follow signs for Chorley (A6).
- Approach the next roundabout where The Hartwood will be visible.
- Turn left at the roundabout to another roundabout.
- Loop around this roundabout and take the immediate left into the car park.

- Take the M6.
- Exit at Junction 29a.
- Join the M65.
- Take next exit following signs for, and joining the M61.
- Exit at junction 8.
