- At the junction of the A5182 and A53, turn left, still following the signs for Shrewsbury.
- After passing through the small village of Whitmore you will come to the village of Baldwin''s Gate.
- Just as you are leaving the village, there is a sharp right-hand bend with a small lane on the left (Woodside).
- Turn into this lane keeping right at the fork and follow it to the junction of the A51.
